No equivalent product currently exists on the market. This is a dry powder mix to which water is added in a shaker and which is then placed in the freezer (no need for an ice cream maker). The finished product looks and tastes like regular ice cream.
One sachet provides 15 g of protein, 50% less fat and carbohydrate than standard ice cream and 35% fewer calories. It is an easy-to-prepare solution. Consumers simply need to add water to the powder in the shaker and freeze it.
Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, peach melba and mocha coffee. For this concept, Laboratoire PYC was keen to use only natural flavours and no artificial colourings or preservatives. In addition, the recipes are inspired by market trends, with the inclusion of real fruit or chocolate.
