What does PYC customer service consist of?
The sales administration department is a link between the customer and the entire team: R&D, sales, supply chain, production, regulation, quality. Once the commercial relationship is established, the sales administration takes care of the order process up to invoicing.
We work closely with the supply chain to track shipments and deliveries. We ensure the link between the customer and Laboratoire PYC. We work jointly with the sales team.
